About La Fauvette

La Fauvette is a small Copenhagen atelier rooted in a love of beautiful textiles, traditional craftsmanship and clothes made to be worn and treasured.

I work with carefully sourced natural fabrics, vintage textiles and deadstock materials, creating garments in small quantities and often as one-of-a-kind pieces. Some are made entirely from scratch; others begin with an existing garment or textile and are thoughtfully reworked to give it a new life.

Each piece is made with attention to material, fit and detail, allowing the character of the cloth to guide the process.

La Fauvette are songbirds - they must fly freely, be looked after, be proud of their size, dress and expression..
